Is the Procedure Painful ?
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, so you won't feel pain during the transplant. Mild discomfort or tightness in the scalp is common for a few days afterward and is easily managed with prescribed medication.
How Long Does the Procedure Take ?
Depending on the number of grafts required, a session typically takes 4-8 hours. Larger sessions may be split across two consecutive days for optimal results.
When Will I See Results ?
Transplanted hair initially sheds within 2-4 weeks — this is normal. New growth begins around month 3-4, with significant natural-looking results visible after 8-12 months.
Am I a Good Candidate ?
Ideal candidates have sufficient donor hair density and realistic expectations. Age, extent of hair loss and scalp condition are all assessed during a personal consultation before confirming candidacy.
