CONSULTATION FEES

Consultation fees paid for appointments are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as early as possible. Subject to availability, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

If the clinic cancels or reschedules your appointment and an alternative appointment cannot be arranged, any advance consultation fee paid may be refunded.
TREATMENT PACKAGES

Refunds for treatment packages are considered only in exceptional circumstances and are subject to management approval.

If a treatment package has already commenced, the cost of services already provided and any applicable administrative charges may be deducted before processing any approved refund.

Certain treatments, packages, promotional offers or discounted services may be non-refundable.
SKINCARE AND HEALTHCARE PRODUCTS

Products purchased from the clinic are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold, unless:

The product received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery or purchase.

An incorrect product was supplied by the clinic.

Any issue with a product should be reported within 48 hours of receipt or purchase.
ONLINE PAYMENTS

If an online payment is deducted but the appointment is not confirmed due to a technical error, the payment will be verified and, where applicable, refunded to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Patients who are unable to attend their scheduled appointment are requested to inform the clinic in advance so that the appointment can be rescheduled and the time slot can be offered to another patient.
